Getting started
Your allergen menu goes live in three steps. Nothing reaches your guests until you confirm it.
- Upload your menu. Send photos, a PDF, a link to your website menu or pasted text. We draft each dish and suggest its allergens.
- Check each dish. Go through your dishes on one screen with your whole menu beside it. For each dish, check all 14 allergens against your recipes and supplier labels, then press "I've checked all 14". "Done for now" saves where you got to.
- Print your QR code. Download the poster and table cards from QR & print. Your QR code never changes, so you only print it once.
The safety line "Always tell staff about your allergy before you order." is printed on every poster and shown on every allergen menu. Print a backup copy for staff too, in case your connection drops.
Want us to load your menu?
We'll set up your first menu for you. Free. Start your free trial and add your payment details, then send us your menu within the first 7 days. We'll load it in. You check and confirm the allergens. One first menu per business.
To ask, press "Send it to us instead" on the upload screen, or "Want us to set up your first menu?" on Home. An owner or manager can send it. Choose photos or a PDF, a web link or pasted text, and add a note if there's anything we should know.
We load your dishes in as drafts, with suggestions. You still check and confirm every allergen yourself, then press "I've checked all 14" for each dish. Your free trial isn't extended, so send it soon.
