Full guest terms
1. Who runs this allergen menu. This allergen menu is hosted by Platick, a trading name of Bateren Creative Ltd (08740448, 80A Ruskin Ave, London DA16 3QQ). The menu and allergen information on it are written and kept up to date by the venue named at the top of the page.
2. Where the information comes from. The venue enters and confirms the allergen information for each dish. Platick does not cook, check, test or verify any dish, ingredient or recipe, and does not check the venue's kitchen practices. The date shown on the page is when the venue last confirmed the information.
3. Always speak to staff. Use this page as a guide to help you choose, not as a replacement for talking to the venue. Before you order, tell staff about any allergy or intolerance so they can confirm what's in your food and how it is prepared. Dishes can change, ingredients can be substituted, and cross-contact can happen in any kitchen.
4. How the filter works. When you tick an allergen, dishes the venue has marked as containing it, or as possibly containing it ("may contain"), are faded and moved to the end of the list. "Hide dishes with my allergens" removes them from view. None declared means the venue hasn't marked this dish with the allergens you ticked. It doesn't mean free from all traces. Ask staff. Dishes the venue says can be made without one of your allergens on request are shown in their own group and are never counted as None declared: the kitchen handles that allergen, so tell staff before ordering.
4A. Languages. Dish descriptions may be translated automatically; allergen names and notices are checked translations; the venue's own note is shown as written. Choose "Show original" to see the venue's own words. These full terms are in English only.
5. The 14 allergens only. This page covers the 14 major allergens listed in UK food law. It does not cover other allergies or intolerances. If yours is not on the list, ask staff.
6. Not medical advice. Nothing on this page is medical advice. If you have a severe allergy, follow the advice of your doctor or allergy specialist. If you have symptoms of an allergic reaction, get help straight away. In an emergency, call 999 (or 112).
7. Our responsibility. We work to keep this page available and to show the venue's information exactly as they entered it. To the extent the law allows, Platick is not responsible for the accuracy of information supplied by the venue, or for any loss arising from your reliance on it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. If the allergen menu is unavailable. An allergen menu can occasionally be unavailable or out of date. If it won't load, or shows "This allergen menu isn't available right now. Please ask staff for allergen information.", ask staff for the venue's printed allergen information.
9. Using the page. Please don't copy, scrape or reuse the content of this page for commercial purposes, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
10. Your privacy. You don't need an account. We don't ask for your name, and the allergens you tick are kept in your browser, not sent to us. If you choose "remember my allergens", they are saved only on your device. Your language choice is also remembered only on your device. If you send a report, we keep your email address and message to deal with it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Report a problem. If you think something on this allergen menu is wrong, tell the venue's staff first. You can also use "Report this allergen menu" at the foot of the page, or email help@platick.com. We pass reports on to the venue within one working day. Please don't include health details about yourself or anyone else.
12. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
