Cookie notice

Because Platick sets no tracking or advertising cookies, no cookie banner is needed. Consent is only needed for storage that isn't strictly necessary, and we don't use any.

Cookies and similar storage on Platick

We keep this to the minimum needed to make Platick work.

Strictly necessary (always on)

• Sign-in session (venue users only): keeps you signed in to the Platick app. Set by our sign-in provider. Lasts until you sign out or for up to [30] days.
• Security: protects forms against forged requests. Session only.
• Payments: when you go to checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies to prevent fraud. See Stripe's cookie policy.

Stored on your device by choice (guests)

• Remember my allergens: if you choose this on an allergen menu, your ticked allergens are saved in your browser's local storage so they're ready next time. They never leave your device. Clear them with "Forget my allergens" on the page, or in your browser settings.
• Language choice: if you pick a language on an allergen menu, it's saved in your browser's local storage so the menu opens in that language next time. It's remembered only on your device.

Analytics without cookies

• We count visits to our website ourselves, without cookies or anything stored on your device. We record only the page, the day and the site that sent you, never your IP address or anything that identifies you.

We do not use advertising cookies, social media trackers or cross-site tracking. If that ever changes, we'll ask for your consent first.
