Billing

• Trial: 14 days free. A card is needed to start it, and you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.
• Price: £12 per venue per month or £120 per venue per year. No VAT charged. Yearly saves £24 per venue a year (2 months free).
• Launch code: 25% off for your business's first 12 months, if you use the code by 31 January 2027.
• Adding a venue: from Billing. The amount goes up from that day, prorated.
• Cancelling: your allergen menu stays live until the end of the period you've paid for. After that it goes offline, and your data is kept for 90 days so you can export it.

Invoices and card changes are in the Stripe customer portal, opened from Billing.

Export your data

Two files, under "Export your data" on My account. Owners also find them on Billing.

• Dishes (spreadsheet): dishes.csv, your dishes and their published allergens.
• Everything (JSON): data.json, your menus, sections, dishes, venues and change history.

Everyone on your team can download them, whatever their role. They hold confirmed information only, never drafts or AI suggestions. If your subscription ends, you can still sign in and export until we delete your data, 90 days later.

For printed copies, QR & print has the "Allergen matrix" and the "12-month confirmation record" under "For the kitchen and inspections".
